As a Purchase and Supply Chain Manager at PALRAM Industries, I plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy for the company, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. With over 7 years of experience in the supply chain field, I have a strong track record of improving supply chain performance and KPIs, developing and challenging resources to improve system utilization and process improvements, and providing summary and detailed inventory analysis reports to management. I have also demonstrated expertise in developing and launching new products, increasing forecast accuracy, and handling various types of products, such as medical, chemical, and appliances. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, and I have excellent skills in team management, purchasing processes, and negotiation.
