Background

About Mukta Amale

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Studies, I bring a robust interdisciplinary background to my work in policy analysis and international relations. My research interests include refugee policy, armed conflicts, conflict management, maritime security, nationalism, and international trade, particularly technology-related trade. I have two years of working experience as a Jr. Geopolitical Risk Analyst for the Asia-Pacific intelligence department at MAX Security Solutions. I also worked as a Geopolitical Risk Intelligence Intern at World Risk Governance (WORISGO). Other professional experience includes an internship at Indian PAC Consulting Pvt. Ltd. during the 2019 Maharashtra state election, where I honed my practical skills in field surveys, social listening, and volunteer recruitment. I also contributed to constituency reporting and the creation of impactful presentations. Beyond academia and policy work, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) degree in Bharatanatyam from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. My passion for dance has led me to teach Bharatanatyam for four years (2015-2019), compete at national and state-level competitions, and perform across various states in India. My combination of analytical, research, and performance skills uniquely positions me to approach complex international issues with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring depth, cultural insight, and strategic analysis.
