Mukul is a seasoned Manager in the portfolio valuations and modeling practice at Deloitte, where he provides valuation services to clients, majorly private equity and venture capital firms, across various industries. He has an MBA from FMS Delhi, and holds the CFA and FRM credentials, demonstrating his strong knowledge and skills in finance, risk management, and business management. He has successfully managed engagements for the US and Australian territories involving portfolio valuations for private equity firms, business enterprise valuation, and complex security valuation. He has also developed detailed financial models and valuation reports for renewable and infrastructure assets, fixed income securities, and financial derivatives, using his analytical skills and market insights. Mukul also has entrepreneurial experience, as he was involved in his family business, Modern Magnetics, since his teenage years. He joined the company full-time as a Director in 2015, where he worked with the leadership team to provide strategic recommendations, manage various divisions, and handle clients. Mukul is passionate about solving complex financial problems and creating value for his clients and his team.
