About Mukul Dev

Passionate about People, Culture, and Growth Hi there! I’ve been in Human Resources for over 4 years now, and one thing I’ve learned is this: People are the true heart of any organization. A strong, inclusive, and positive work culture isn’t just nice to have—it’s what makes teams succeed.Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing teams and leaders. Together, we’ve crafted strategies to engage employees, help them feel valued, and improve retention. Whether it’s finding the right talent or supporting teammates, I love being part of something that helps people grow and thrive.Right now, I lead HR at Quokka Labs. My role involves managing all HR processes to ensure everyone’s experience here is smooth, enriching, and people-first. I also focus on building an environment where inclusivity and equity are more than just words—they’re part of how we work every day.For me, HR isn’t just a job; it’s about helping individuals unlock their unique strengths and achieve their potential. It’s about making workplaces better for everyone.I’d love to connect with others who believe in creating meaningful workplaces. Whether it’s sharing ideas, learning from one another, or collaborating, let’s make a difference together. Feel free to reach out to me at mukuldev150@gmail.com —I’d be happy to chat!
