An engineering graduate (civil) and certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma having 17 years of experience in Project Management to develop and operationalize the strategy commercials and operational delivery of corporate workplaces and real estate as well as Industrial & Warehousing Build Projects Facility Management and continuous improvement projects. An inquisitive mindset continually promoting innovation and continuous improvement and have managed a portfolio of 12 countries in ASIA over a span of 6 consecutive years. • Able to lead develop and execute workplace strategy and execution across the regional corporate real estate portfolio manage external relationships with brokers and valuations establish commercial terms and ensure facilities operation services are effectively procured.
