With more than two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of working with renowned companies like NISG, Wipro Limited, Oracle India Private Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Sharp Business Systems Private Limited, and Global Tele-Systems Limited. From my humble beginnings in frontline sales and customer service, I've risen to lead multi-million-dollar businesses. Throughout my corporate journey, I've mastered the art of managing profit and loss, driving sales, developing businesses, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. I've also excelled in relationship management, program management, contract negotiations, partnerships, alliances, and human resources. Consistently achieving growth, I've expanded businesses, enhanced customer satisfaction, and fostered teams driven by passion and motivation. I offered my expertise as a successful consultant to a few global consulting firms through many freelance platforms. I also have mentored a couple of start-ups and helped them grow their businesses. The culmination of my experiences led me to establish Mindmatrix Service Private Limited, where we've executed numerous projects in application development, consulting, and training. Currently, as the Senior General Manager-Consulting for the National Institute for Smart Government, I'm deeply involved in assisting governments and public sector companies on their transformative digital journeys. In terms of education, I hold an Engineering degree in Electronics, an MBA in Management, a Masters's in Business Law, and an Executive Education Certification in Strategy Consulting from IIM Bangalore. Driven by my unwavering passion for facilitating high growth and catalytic changes, I specialize in unlocking the untapped potential for businesses and professionals alike. My strategic acumen coupled with exceptional execution skills creates a powerful combination. During my leisure time, I find solace in reading, writing, mentoring, and actively supporting the growth of businesses. I recently celebrated the publication of my debut book and am currently immersed in working on two new projects.
