With demonstrated education (PhD-experimental chemistry, MBA - international business, and BSc.Ed - physics), excellent publications record (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci, Inorg. Chem, Dalton, Trans, JPC C etc.), and experience needed to identify, select, and recommend materials based on analysis of data gathered using expertise in structure-property relationships, material physics, characterization, and mechanics of materials and process equipment. Proven track record in product development, product launch, project management and process improvements with working knowledge in a broad range of materials (including polymers, plastics, metal oxides, inorganic/organic materials, semiconductors, adhesives, silicones, and emissive materials – inorganic small molecules, polymeric, carbon, organometallic etc.), compound formulation, and characterization. Strong technical skills, knowledge, and experience in experimentation, R&D instrumentation, and laboratory management that are essential for scientific research, material property/applications based on specifications, and experimental methodology. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, diligent, and excellent collaborator with proven aptitudes of administration to accomplish cross-functional and collaborative projects.
