About Mula Nikhil

I’ve always been driven by the challenge of solving complex problems with innovative, practical solutions—a passion that has fueled my journey as an engineering professional in high-stakes industries like oil & gas and defense research. Whether it’s optimizing operational workflows, reducing costs, or ensuring quality under pressure, I thrive at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic impact. My goal? To deliver measurable value while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in every project I tackle. My career spans hands-on roles at globally renowned organizations like ExxonMobil and DRDO, where I’ve honed my skills in quality assurance, project coordination, and process optimization. At ExxonMobil, I served as a Wells Quality Advisor, leading teams to streamline supplier operations and uphold rigorous standards across multi-million-dollar equipment deliveries. Earlier, as an intern at DRDO, I contributed to cutting-edge turbine engine research, diving deep into technical experimentation. These experiences, paired with my academic foundation—an MTech from IIT Madras and an ongoing MBA from FMS Delhi—have shaped a versatile, results-oriented professional ready to bridge engineering precision with business strategy. I bring a robust toolkit to the table: expertise in operations management, project coordination, quality assurance, and data-driven process optimization, underpinned by technical skills like MS Excel, Lean Six Sigma, and non-destructive testing (NDT). Let's connect and collaborate for mutual success.
