My name is Sharon Mulalo Mafoho, and I am professionally known as Mulalo (though I am also comfortable being addressed as Sharon).I work at the intersection of technology, education, and creativity — where systems meet people.With a background in IT and hands-on experience in EdTech and LMS management, I specialise in making digital learning environments work smoothly behind the scenes. From course uploads and user management to troubleshooting and operational coordination, I enjoy being the person who keeps everything running efficiently.But I’m more than just systems and dashboards.I’m naturally adaptable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. I believe I am limitless — when I’m in the right environment, I learn fast, move confidently, and grow quickly. I value structure, but I also bring creativity into everything I do.I hold a three-year Diploma in Information Technology from Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, where I also spent my first year actively serving on the Student Representative Council (SRC) as a Secretary, strengthening my leadership and organizational skills.During my first and second year at Richfield, I completed a one-year Learnership at DynamicDNA for NQF Level 4, which provided me with practical workplace experience and strengthened my professional, technical, and interpersonal skills.Professionally, I have experience working with a brand, marketing, and communications company, We-Evolve, where I developed solid content creation and digital communication skills. In addition to this, I manage and create content for my own personal social media platforms.I am currently employed as a Junior E-Learning Content Developer and Relief Support Specialist at SynrgiseLearn, where I contribute to the development of digital learning content and provide learner support.I’m constantly evolving — personally and professionally — and I’m intentional about building a career that blends technology, impact, and creativity.
