About Mulenga Tembo

I am a passionate and motivated Technical Support and Education Advisor with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education with Civic Education and a student of Bachelor of Laws. I have over six years of experience in providing technical support, designing and implementing projects, and conducting research and consultancy in various fields, such as youth empowerment, advocacy, campaigns, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV), and disability inclusion. Currently, I work as a Technical Support at Musonda Kabwe and Dzuka Cholinga Youth Zambia, where I support youth-led initiatives and movements to hold state actors accountable and to influence their decisions. I also work as an Education Advisor at VSO, where I engage with stakeholders, develop and deliver curricula and training, and coordinate SRHR and GBV activities. I have successfully completed multiple research and consultancy projects, such as the Youth Challenge Fund Project, the Child Manual Design, and the Learning Papers for Cheshire Homes Zambia. I have also designed, delivered, and evaluated training manuals for Action Aid Global Platforms in various countries. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, public speaking, and research, and I have an Introduction to Public Speaking in Government certification from Apolitical.
