As an experienced IT Project coordinator, Network operations Engineer & Datacenter Technician with over 4 years of experience, I possess a strong combination of technical expertise and project management skills. I am committed to ensuring the smooth operation of data center infrastructure and managing complex IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Have successfully completed many projects and delivered services like MPLS, Internet, MPLS over 4G, VSAT, etc to B2B customers in Bharti Airtel. Acting as a single point of contact for customers and the internal teams, gave me experience in managing many projects simultaneously. As a Network operations Engineer and Data Center Technician in Sify Technology, working in 24/7 shift to maintain Base-stations of West India Region, and acting as point of contact for Internal Teams and vendors to maintain the uptime of all Base-stations. Also working on service Incidents and provide timely updates to customers in case of any impact. As Data center technician, my work was to make cross connects for customers, perform Preventative Maintenance and Change Management Activities in Datacenter, installation of new devices and ensure smooth operations of data center facility. In addition to my technical skills, I am a highly motivated and self-driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. I am confident that my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication skills will make me a valuable addition to any team.
