As a Sr. Data Analyst at US Mobile, I oversee compliance analytics to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence across all departments. Prior to this role, I was a Data Analyst in the Onboarding & Activation team at US Mobile, where I analyzed customer insights to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. I leveraged data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize customer support processes. I created a customer onboarding live dashboard on Looker Studio that populates daily, weekly, and monthly stats, and managed new trainees and generated a performance report with daily performance tracking. I also developed an Activations Dashboard where insights for all new activations are displayed, and a detailed Dashboard to track PEAs' performance and overall FRT for the activations chat.
