Dr. Muneer is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Fintech, FM, Business Development & Asset Acquisition, managing multi-cultural teams and multi-site operations across the United Arab Emirates, GCC and Worldwide. At the present, working as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) & Board member at Arthur Mackenzy Group in Dubai. He is looking after the investments operations in UAE, GCC & Internationally. Gulf Land Properties Development, a subsidiary of Arthur Mackenzy Group is currently developing a state of art residential development in Dubai named:" Paradise Hills" which consists of 170 Villas & Townhomes in addition to Community Centres and Mix- use buildings in JVC, Dubai. He also look after the Crypto digital asset of the Group;"REES" Security Tokens. Dr. Muneer has also worked for AIMS Holding in 2017 as COO – Property Management & FM Operations for Mixed-Use Real Estate to manage the group’s Real Estate asset. He successfully managed the entire Property Management and FM Departments, compromising of more than 2.5 Million Sq.mtr of leasable spaces of; Mall, Shopping Centre, Retail outlets, Residential Buildings, villas and offices; and generating over SAR. 540 Million In yearly revenues. Prior to joining Arthur Mackenzy Group, he also worked for Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and for Jumeirah Golf Estates (Dubai World), a Semi-Govt. Master Developer in Dubai where he managed to form its Property Management Department. Dr. Muneer also worked as Director of Marketing, Sales & Customer Relations at Emaar Middle East – a company formed by Emaar Properties PJSC to manage the Real Estate Development in KSA and he managed the entire Sales, Marketing & Customers relations operations for; Jeddah Gate project: a master-planned mixed-use project spread over half a million sqm in Jeddah with total net worth of SAR 6 billion, Al Khobar Lakes project; an integrated master plan community with a development value of SAR 4.6 billion that spreads over (2.643.84 million m²) and Emaar Residences at Fairmont Makkah project. He succeeded to achieve total revenue of SAR 800 Millions resulted from property Sales & SAR 250 Million resulted from leasing Commercial spaces. He also served as Group Business Development Director of Dubai-based Tameer Holding Investments, a real estate development company, where he provided strategic oversight and contributed to increase company revenue by generating AED.640 million while also expanding its geographical footprint into Middle East and North African region.
