I am a strategic thinker and diverse Sales, Security and Investigation professional that has been in the Sales Industry since 1998 and in Security Industry since 2004. In this interesting and sometimes challenging arena I have had the opportunity to work across the range of roles and disciplines that have included working on Regional, National & International clients in various industries. I am known to work with people across all levels and have an excellent commercial approach to solve problems and developing business relationships and processes; with a proven record of efficiency, productivity and profitability through process management, people management skills and the ability to achieve KPI’s, manage performance and lead and mentor teams to achieve optimal results whilst managing a heavy personal schedule. Following 20-years career in multiple sectors, I have gained the critical knowledge and experience that I believe is necessary to provide and maintain the expected service standards. I have excellent leadership and People Management skills along with the strong project management abilities, an exceptional quality of building and maintaining the relationship with my clients and colleagues which allows me to pro-actively identify and develop business opportunities in defined markets and turn these into sustainable revenue/margins. I am responsible to develop and adopt a growth plan to meet and exceed the annual sales targets whilst developing key business relationships with influential business contacts and design industry leading solutions that will add value to both client and my organisation. Having worked in operations helped me to understand the real challenges customers and Ops team may face hence, I focus on the solutions by offering new strategies when preparing a business case for any opportunity.
