About Munike Avila

I'm a learning designer with over 10 years of experience making complex information easy to understand and captivating for people:) I specialize in designing, delivering and managing learning experiences such as online courses, onboarding programs and educational materials for diverse stakeholders globally, whether onsite or online. In my current role at Tobii, I design and deliver training and onboarding programs for customers and employees based on product development, using AI and graphic design tools to enhance the learning experience. My collaboration with SMEs ensures that training materials are accurate and effective. I also manage content localization for regions including China, Japan, Korea, and Latin America, and I am responsible for administering our Learning Management System, assessing training engagement through data reports. I believe learning design is a mutual journey, where I continually learn and develop new skills while helping others succeed. This is why I find such fulfillment in this field. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian, with intermediate proficiency in French and Spanish, I thrive in multicultural environments. Currently I'm learning Swedish. Contact: munikeavila@gmail.com
