With over 20 years of extensive experience in the water industry, I am a seasoned Managing Consultant at M/s Design Solutions Inc, a premier design engineering consultancy specializing in Water, Wastewater, and Irrigation Engineering. Our firm is renowned for delivering comprehensive design engineering services encompassing Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and C&I fields, both during Tendering and Detailed Engineering stages. Our areas of expertise include: 1.) Designing Large Pipe Networks: With projects spanning over 2500 kms in length and handling pipe sizes up to 3250 mm. 2.) Surge/Water Hammer Analysis: Skilled in analyzing and mitigating surge effects in pipeline systems. 3.) Treatment Plant Design: Experienced in designing Water, Sewage, and Effluent Treatment Plants. Furthermore, I have honed my skills in high-end programming languages such as C/C++, AutoLISP, VisualLISP, and VBA. Additionally, I have spearheaded the development of in-house software facilitating seamless data transfer between AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Excel, EPANET, STAAD, among others. Notably, our firm has developed proprietary software for Water Supply, Sewerage, and Irrigation Pipe Network design and analysis, capable of handling an unlimited number of pipes and optimizing network performance. Post-design, the software automatically generates WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS files for further analysis and integration.
