About Munpreet Holiat

As an Instructional Designer with over four years of experience in the corporate training and compliance space, I specialize in designing impactful e-learning materials, animated videos, and job aids at Marken. By leveraging tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Vyond, our team creates engaging and interactive learning solutions tailored to Global Trade Compliance and internal training needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts, we ensure content accuracy while incorporating instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM. My work is driven by a commitment to streamlining complex processes, fostering team growth, and implementing evaluation strategies that measure program success. With a focus on compliance training, I aim to enhance workplace learning experiences and empower Marken's workforce.
