She is highly driven towards benefitting companies in managing resources, recruiting the right talent and playing an advisory role in their development trajectories. • She is an international relations student as she is currently pursuing a diploma in the same from the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership. As a Global South citizen, she is gaining knowledge and expertise in breaking the narratives around international politics, diplomacy and Conflict. • Since July 2022, she is an Indian ambassador at Goodera wherein she is conducting CSR and sustainability volunteering events, both on-site/remote. She conducts successful events between NGO implementation partners and the corporate clients, resulting in asset creations, workshops and successful events. • She is currently working as an HR specialist at a US based IT firm wherein she is handling premium brands like Nike, Wipro, Apple, etc.'s recruitment deliverables. She is well-versed with US market and is an experienced advisor/counsellor for the candidates. • In the past 4 years, she has gained wide range of experiences as an Operations Associate, Counsellor, HR manager, Event Coordinator, Content Creator, Digital Marketing Specialist and B&D Associate. • She has 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer and has been involved with Freelance Projects. She is efficient at meeting the deliverables. •She also has made one short film under Adobe Youth India foundation and has produced a photojournalism project and documentary script, which has received highest acclaim. • Currently she is open to part-time and freelance opportunities regarding Content Writing, Recruiting and Advising.
