About Muntazir Pardhan

I am a Partner and Regional Account Lead at Dillon Consulting, an employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm. I have over 20 years of experience in the industry, and I hold the credentials of P.Eng, QPESA, and LEED AP. My field of expertise is contaminated sites management, and I lead the growth of this service area throughout Ontario and with Indigenous Communities across Canada. As a Regional Account Lead, I am responsible for the growth of Contaminated Sites Management work in Ontario and across Canada. My roles include developing and implementing strategic plans, managing projects and resources, leading stakeholder engagement, and fostering client relationships. I also continue technical work as an Environmental Engineer and successfully deliver medium and large-scale environmental site assessment, remediation, and landfill monitoring projects for First Nation Communities and various government and industry sectors. I have managed a team of over 30 technical staff across Ontario, providing them with guidance, training, and career development opportunities. Additionally, I have volunteered as a project manager for community renovation projects worth over $1M. My mission is to provide high-quality environmental engineering solutions that address the needs and goals of my clients and communities.
