At Accion Labs, as a Senior SDET Lead, my goal is to lead the software testing innovation, specializing in pytest and advanced QA automation techniques. My journey through roles at HCL Technologies and Vodafone has sharpened my expertise in developing robust testing frameworks that ensure product excellence, while growing and building dedicated teams depending on the app that is tested. To enhance my QA capabilities, I've expanded my skillset to include full-stack development. I build web applications using Django and React, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the systems I test. This unique perspective allows me to approach quality assurance more effectively and holistically. My daily toolkit includes pytest, Selenium, Python, and custom HTTP wrappers for API testing. I'm well-versed in SQL databases, Git, and implementing monitoring jobs through GitHub Actions. I integrate these tools seamlessly into deployment workflows, ensuring continuous quality throughout the development lifecycle. I define OpenAPI schemas and leverage OpenAPI Core for automatic API validations, streamlining the testing process. My expertise extends to CI/CD pipelines and advanced reporting tools like Report Portal and Allure, providing clear insights into test results and trends. Regarding education, I have a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea „Titu Maiorescu", I bring a strong security focus to our QA processes, addressing the growing concerns of digital threats. I like to think that my role within the company/project goes beyond technical proficiency; I lead teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet contemporary security and performance standards.
