Targeting senior level assignments in project management, design fit-out and construction project management with leading organization of repute in construction industry and preferably in Middle East-GCC. I studied Interior Design architecture at Amman University - Jordan. My formative experience was gained in Saudi Arabia, where i worked on large-scale Residential & Commercial mega projects. A multi-tasking leader over 13 years of qualitative experience in formulating strategic plans of engineering projects along with entire operations with key focus on architectural and coordination of civil and finishing works, as well project management process of project life cycle. I joined Saudi Binladin Construction group, one of the largest scale company in the middle east and initially worked on the design, procurement's, Contracts, Technical Issues and delivery of projects, for which i was also responsible for the planning application, for various projects : 1) Haramain High Speed Railway – Makkah Station 2) King Abdulaziz International Airport - Jeddah New Airport 3) Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project for the Two-Holly Mosques Makkah I am currently on site, based in Jeddah where i oversees the construction of site, assigned as technical project coordinator for Makkah Station, one of four stations on the Al Haramain High Speed Rail in Saudi Arabia that will link the cities of Makkah and Madinah. This involved a fast-track construction program with a modulated approach and a high degree of prefabrication. I defined unique approaches to the building design and detail interfaces by developing complex analytical studies of the construction process. Adding to the above construction experience, I added value to lunch my potential in the beginning of my mid career when i joint a project sales furniture company were i successfully managed A yearly targeted sales. Finally, in accordance of career opportunity that i gained, i am thankfully to the companies management that introduced me to GCC market as well as having the ability of continuously meet targets and surpass expectations.
