About Murali Marath

With over six years of senior leadership experience in HR, Murali is the GM and Global Head of Strategic People Programs at Wipro, a leading technology services organization. He is responsible for the global rollout of cross-functional programs that align with and enable the HR strategy of Wipro, such as skill development, employee benefits, and workplace culture. Murali has a strong track record in designing and implementing employee experience programs that enhance engagement, retention, and performance. He is a Prosci® certified change practitioner, an accredited business coach, and a MBTI and PAPI practitioner. He has successfully partnered with high-growth, fast-paced environments and led multiple M&A pursuits from due diligence to integration. He has extensive experience in employment policies and procedures, legal and regulatory compliance, and employee communication and negotiation across APAC, Singapore, India, Japan, and Australia. He is based in Sydney and has lived and worked in India and Singapore. He is passionate about empowering people and driving transformational change.
