Background

About Murali Mopidevi

As Co-Founder & CTO, I help enterprises and early-stage AI/ML companies turn generative models and data infrastructure into real business impact. With 10+ years in data engineering, AI infrastructure, and cloud architecture (AWS / GCP / hybrid), I design, build and scale systems for production LLMs, RAG, vector search, observability & model governance. What I do:• Deploy cost-optimized, compliant LLM pipelines — from prompt engineering and retrieval systems to end-to-end ML/Ops & LLM/Ops workflows.• Architect scalable data platforms & ETL/ELT processes, enabling high-throughput, low-latency inference / analytics.• Ensure robustness: monitoring, logging, security, and proper model versioning & governance.• Advise on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and investment readiness: so tech not only works, but delivers ROI and defensibility. Why I stand out:• A blend of hands-on engineering + leadership as a founder/CTO — I don’t just spec the system, I dive into code, operations & scaling.• Deep experience in the latest AI stack: vector DBs, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), model fine-tuning / instruction tuning, multimodal capabilities.• Focus on impact: improving latency, reducing inference & data costs, enforcing regulatory & ethical guardrails.I’m open to: consulting engagements, fractional CTO or advisory roles, seed-stage and early-stage projects & investments. Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone to bring both technical excellence and strategic clarity around AI & LLM initiatives.
