My expertise spans Clinical Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Risk-Based Monitoring across diverse therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, nephrology, hematology, and infectious diseases. Currently serving as Associate Director – Clinical Project Management & Operations at Tech Observer, I lead global cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multicenter trials across early and late phases. I specialize in optimizing operational strategy, ensuring inspection readiness, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Director of Clinical Quality Assurance at Biorasi, I built and scaled the QA function, delivering oversight across 35+ clinical programs and supporting successful FDA, EMA, and PMDA inspections. I was instrumental in achieving and sustaining ISO 9001:2015 certification for three consecutive years—reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.
