About Murat Eren

As a creative strategist based in Amsterdam, I combine my 13 years of experience with my academic background in Design Cultures. The types of work I produce range in these lines: graphic design, web design, UI/UX design, digital strategy and campaigns, motion design, social media design, communication design, brand identity design, print design and illustration. My experience: I have experience with both small and big sized businesses, which gave me a vast understanding of different clients' needs, and communication and research skills for different fields. I worked in projects where I single-handedly tackled the project from research and conceptualisation to delivering a pixel-perfect product, and in projects where I was part of a bigger team and received a briefing and worked on the UX and design. My approach: I combine my research skills that I mastered especially during my MA and UX methodology knowledge in order to draw a detailed profile of the user and come up with the best solutions to meet the KPI's that were determined initially. I prepare mockups and prototypes, and once the skeleton of the work has been agreed on, I bring hands-on approach into play and try to design the best UI elements that go along with the brand guidelines and create a pixel-perfect product. Finally, to see if a project has been successful, I apply different tests to see if the design decisions were perceived by the users in the right way. My work: You can see my work in the link below:
