About Murat Maasoglu

I started my engineering life with SANKO HOLDİNG in 2002 before my compulsory military service. My responsibility was installation new dying machine with foreign technician. After 6 months I went to military. I was a project officer about 12 months in İstanbul and Ankara. After that I turned back to SANKO and go on to installation for new investment with maintenance responsibility of all factory. I worked with SANKO family until 2008. During this approx. 6 years, we installed 1 brückner RAM machine, 2 turbang drying machine, two ruch drying machine, 22 towel dying machine, 18 yarn dying machine, 2 yarn warping machine, 18 weaving loom for towel, 2 steam boiler (10 ton), 1 completely confection department, 1 completely folding department and 1 completely packiging department etc. Also all foreign technician worked with me and organization of all this people were under my responsibility. I decided to change my carrier way to another sector. Because weaving and dying had oldest technology. At the and of my research I meet nonwoven with Mogul family on May of 2008. I had a lot of experiment until this time with Mogul Company. I installed two meltblown line from STP( one of them has two beam), two spunlace line (paralel) from Andritz, one spunbond line (two beam) from STP, one monopet line from STP, two bicompenent line (one is STP and another one is HILLS) and one crosslapper line from Andritz. Also all foreign technician responsibility belonged to us. At the and of this story I continue to work with Mogul family. Now normally my responsibility is Maintenance Manager but all time we work very close process, quality control, product development and technical purchasing team.
