About Murat Mayda

With over 20 years of experience in information technology, I am a passionate and innovative leader in digital banking development. My mission is create user-friendly and secure digital banking solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, a leading Islamic bank in Turkey that offers a wide range of financial products and services to individuals and businesses. In my current role, I am responsible for development of various digital banking applications, such as mobile banking, internet banking, mobile forex trading app, embedded e-commerce mobile banking app, and CC & IVR systems. I lead a team of talented and diverse developers, business analysis, designers and testers, collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the quality, functionality, and security of the digital banking products. I also contribute to the strategic planning and vision of the digital banking department, and align our goals with the bank's mission and values.
