About Muriel Belda

Muriel Belda has over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership evaluation, working in Spanish, English, and French. Her extensive professional background allows her to quickly grasp the unique business needs of her clients, informing their leadership evaluation processes across Europe and Latin America. She began her career at Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on the Consumer, Healthcare, Tourism and Technology Practices in Madrid and Paris, where she managed international client relationships. She then established the Madrid office for Morgan Howard, specializing in the Technology, Digital, and Professional Services sectors, for large groups, growth companies, and internet start-ups. Muriel later joined Exec Avenue in Spain as a Partner, leading numerous executive search, leadership evaluation, and team development projects across various industries. Her international consulting experience was further enriched during her seven years in Mexico, where she led and developed key accounts. She also taught courses at the Technological University of Monterrey and mentored many start-ups, particularly through Wayra, Telefónica’s incubator. Muriel has collaborated with prestigious business schools ESADE and INCAE as an executive coach.
