Hi There, As a Service Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, I apply my ITIL ® V4 certification and skills to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions to clients across various industries. I also leverage my expertise in SAP Release Management, Scrum, and Project Management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software products and updates. With 2 and half of work experience out of 6 in Accenture I have worked on several Projects and also introduced and established Release processes to new applications. I also train and guide the enthusiasts novices in the field of Change and Release Management. Previous to Accenture I have four years of experience as a Senior Information Technology Consultant and a Change and Release Manager at ITC Infotech, where I worked on multiple projects involving Manufacturing Execution Systems, Apriso, and SQL. I contributed to the design, development, testing, and deployment of MES applications, as well as the planning, scheduling, and execution of change and release activities. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, implement best practices, and achieve project goals. During my time here I traveled Onsite to Chile and Malaysia for client interaction and Project deployments. During my leisure time I enjoy a good book, dancing to Bollywood music, a conversation over food or trying something new. The world is so much left to be explored in terms of places, food and meeting people. A huge binge watcher of Anime, movies and series too not limiting to any one language. So probably the series you are watching I might have seen it to. If not I am open to explore :)
