Proven track record in creating and leading Marketing & Communication Departments from scratch, defining global strategies, and positioning companies as international benchmarks in their fields. Skilled in combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, and accustomed to working cross-functionally with all departments to ensure alignment and deliver measurable impact. At INNOAESTHETICS, where I have been working for almost eight years, I was appointed by the CEO first to build the Marketing Department and, more recently, to establish the Communications Department. In this role, I developed and implemented the company’s first national communication strategy, significantly enhancing visibility and strengthening brand reputation in key markets. I also coordinate the organization of high-impact global events — including distributor conventions with over 250 participants, medical congress participation, press conferences, and press trips — ensuring impactful content, flawless logistics, and strong brand engagement. Additionally, I launched flagship products such as INNO-EXOMA® EXO-SKIN, now the company’s best-seller, and implemented a global CMS with over 500 marketing assets for distributors and KOLs worldwide, strengthening brand positioning and product launches.
