About Murilo Batista

With a career spanning over a decade, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-cultural experience. Today, I manage large-scale Salesforce projects across Core, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds — leading multiple teams and delivering scalable digital solutions for enterprise clients. Before stepping into project management, I worked as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, building a strong technical foundation that allows me to bridge the gap between business goals and technical delivery. My career journey began in e-commerce management, where I led online retail operations and developed a customer-first mindset that still drives my decisions. Beyond the corporate world, I co-founded and ran a hostel in Lisbon, an experience that sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills. I also worked as a technical documentation specialist, ensuring clarity and alignment between business stakeholders and development teams. Living abroad for over 5 years — including time in Ireland — has strengthened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to lead diverse, remote-first teams. 10+ years of professional experience, combining technology, business, and entrepreneurship Strong background in Salesforce (Core, Marketing, Commerce Clouds) Available to work in Portugal — holder of a valid work visa Fluent in Portuguese and English
