About Murilo Soave

Naturally curious, I dedicated my life from a young age to various fields of knowledge. In high school, I enrolled in a federal institution where the basic course ran concurrently with a technical program in industrial automation. During this time, I authored two scientific papers in the field of software engineering, published and presented them at scientific symposiums, and also taught for a year in an outreach project affiliated with the same institution. Immediately after high school, I joined the Business Economics and Controllership program at FEA-RP/USP. This environment allowed me to delve deeper into understanding business operations and explore concepts from the humanities, crucial for my personal development. However, the program did not meet my expectations. After two semesters, I chose to leave and enroll at ICMC/USP, where I am currently a student in the Statistics and Data Science program. Since the beginning of my undergraduate studies, I've been involved in extracurricular activities. Balancing my time between tutoring at scientific outreach centers, scientific research, involvement in student organizations, and from my second year onward, working as a data scientist at the largest Big Data Analytics company in Brazil, I've been engaged in projects for the top national and international players in the retail market.
