About Murlitren Selva Kumar

Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering) graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.Currently working at Silverlake Structured Services. I started as an Application Support Engineer, supporting the core banking system by resolving client issues, maintaining daily operations, and helping with system enhancements. Most of this work was done using RPG/RPGLE on IBM iSeries and SQL queries.I’m now working as a Java Developer at the same company. I am part of a dedicated team to convert the existing core banking system (our legacy system) into a modernized Java version. I am involved in both the front-end and backend development as well as the testing for the project. The key tools used for this project are Java, OOP, SpringBoot, SQL and more.My experience covers both support and development, giving me the opportunity to handle maintenance while also contributing to new solutions. I’m eager to keep improving my skills and grow into more advanced development roles.
