About Murran Chester

I am a Supervisor (previously optical assistant) at Specsavers, where I have been working for over a year. I have undertaken extensive training to build my knowledge on the products and services that Specsavers offer. I have also developed my core competencies in leadership management and team problem solving.In my current role, I liaise with customers throughout their appointments, ensuring that they are cared for at every step. I work alongside the optometrists, performing pre-test examinations, managing bookings, and handling any customer queries. I contribute to the smooth running of the clinics and the satisfaction of the customers. I enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where I can learn from my colleagues and share my perspectives and experiences. I am motivated by the opportunity to help people improve their vision and quality of life.
