About Murray Archibald

I have held various Directorships with both Family and large Corporates looking after and developing high quality and functional residential apartment developments plus retail, industrial, hospitality and specialised property products for long term and reputable Listed ASX clients. In addition, I have more than 15 years of structured property development finance experience ensuring all possible risk mitigants have been catered for thereby ensuring a viable deliverable outcome for shareholders. Further to this, my law degree gives me a solid foundation across all property related construction contracts and Corporate leases. I have managed portfolios of vanilla and diverse assets up to $400m both in regional and metro areas including specialised facilities such shopping centres, markets, fuel stations, short stay hotels and medical suites. Tenants included the likes of Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Target, KMART and Chemist Warehouse. I enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to complicated builds and working both in a team and individual environment. In terms of leadership, I focus on creating a foundation of clear roles and responsibilities backed up with systemising processes to a laymen structure that creates a web of personal and team communication networks.
