Many senior executives and founders are surrounded by people, yet feel alone in the real weight of leadership. They’re relied upon for answers, direction, and presence—but rarely have the space to think clearly, reflect deeply, or be challenged without agenda. Many of the leaders I work with are widely respected and outwardly successful—but on the inside, they often feel like they’re never quite on top of things. There’s a constant sense of unfinished work, uncertainty about whether they’re truly doing a great job, and a quiet pressure to enjoy their role because everyone assumes they’re thriving. That gap between public success and private experience can be draining—and deeply isolating. That’s the problem I solve. I work as a trusted confidant and executive coach to executives and founders who want to lead with greater clarity, calm, and influence—without being consumed by reactivity, quiet self-doubt, or the emotional weight of others. My work is grounded in coaching psychology and built around a self-differentiation approach—helping leaders stay clear and steady in the face of pressure, emotionally present without becoming reactive, and able to lead decisively without disconnecting from others. I’ve supported leaders across public service, corporate, not-for-profit, education, and founder-led sectors. While I coach many senior leaders through long-term partnerships, I additionally reserve space for only a very small number of executive clients each year—those ready for something deeper and more transformative.
