With over a decade of experience in commercial finance, I am currently the Commercial Finance Director at BCG, where I specialise in FP & A, pricing and strategic planning. My mission is to establish financial frameworks that support sustainable scaling, with a focus on profitability and meticulous attention to detail. Through collaborative leadership, I aim to contribute diverse perspectives and innovative solutions to our team's challenges. My role has involved developing financial plans for BCG that foster profitable and sustainable scaling of our Digital Venture centers in Sydney and London. I have successfully managed complex pricing negotiations for new deals, involving variable-based fee structures and equity payouts. In collaboration with partner and consultant teams, I have contributed to business planning for our expansion into new markets, which entailed analyzing potential market sizes and developing business cases for our global executive committee. My proficiency in financial analytics and process improvement has been instrumental in these achievements.
