About Murray Mannion

I have spent 35+ years in/around the field of infrastructure and capital works projects. Until 2005, most of this was in construction management and project management roles, but an opportunity to join Evans and Peck in 2005 changed my focus to cost planning, project development, pre- construction and, eventually, estimating. I have continued with this path, and enjoy the challenges and satisfaction that project development and cost planning provides. Between 2008 and 2017 I had the privilege of working within Fletcher Construction, bidding the largest infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand. The transition to consulting was a natural progression, enabling me to bring my skills and experience to assist project Owners and Principals. I welcome the opportunity to be involved in projects during the development and pre-construction phases, and thrive in the every changing dynamic Pre-Construction environment.
