He has worked in roles associated with heavy rail, pipelines, other linear infrastructure, statutory land acquisition, infrastructure project feasibility, environment, corporate real estate, valuation and compliance across both the private and public sectors. Murray specialises in consultation and negotiation for land access and land acquisition and has a proven track record of delivering end-to-end tenure solutions for critical infrastructure projects across Australia. Overall, Murray has in excess of 30 years specific experience in property and land related roles from real estate valuation to project management of land access and tenure delivery. Murray is a dedicated worker and provides experienced leadership in both the development and implementation of business strategy. He has consistently delivered excellent results for high profile infrastructure projects where tight schedule control and cost minimisation is paramount. Murray has a demonstrated successful background in multi-disciplinary environments and enjoys making a strong coordinated contribution during all phases of the project life cycle. Murray is a Registered Valuer and holds a unique mix of property and environmental management qualifications. He is one of a limited number of professionals in Australia with an SR/WA designation from the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) which is the premier international land acquisition association. Murray was President of Chapter 86 Australia for the 2017 to 2018 financial year and currently assists the association as an International Director. These qualifications are also reinforced by membership of the Australian Property Institute. Murray is passionate about his ongoing contribution to develop best practice procedures and credentialing models to reinforce the professionalism and integrity of the land acquisition discipline.
