I am a Partner at management consultancy The Berkeley Partnership. Based in both London and New York, we help organizations transform under the most complex, challenging, and high-stakes circumstances to achieve their ambitions. As a transformation and implementation specialist, I’ve spent most of my career leading large-scale multi-year technology and business transformation projects and leading, teams through the IT development lifecycle for clients such as WPP. I pride myself on developing long-lasting relationships with my clients through operating as a trusted advisor who develops a deep understanding of their business. I am an excellent communicator and problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively to develop new and innovative solutions for my clients. Within Berkeley, I spend time spearheading notable work in the corporate responsibility space. I have a deep passion for the pro bono coaching work that Berkeley undertakes with Robin Hood to strengthen leadership within the non-profits they work with.
