I am an enthusiastic delivery focused project management professional, having worked in a variety of industries during my career including Local Government, Defence, Life Sciences, Automotive and Finance. I have a proven record of accomplishment in successful implementations across multiple organisations. My technical background suited me to begin my career in testing, I quickly transitioned to project management after running a team engagement with Aston Martin. As an Agile professional, my background in project management has shaped my approach to Agile Product Delivery. With a strong foundation in leading cross-functional teams and driving efficient workflows, I ensure that product development remains customer-focused and strategically aligned. My expertise in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement allows me to foster collaboration and continuous improvement, delivering value at every stage. I have applied OKRs to feature backlogs to prioritise them against ROI forecasts both set by the business strategies and user demands. By combining structured project management principles with Agile adaptability, I create a dynamic environment where innovation thrives, and teams achieve sustainable success. I embrace change and am an advocate for the Agile delivery methodology. This has influenced my leadership style towards Servant Leadership, where I place greater emphasis on enabling my teams to deliver and focus on how to produce value. I am diligent, display a calm focus, have strength of character when managing stakeholders and I am a key team player. My friendly and collaborative demeanour enables me to interact with multi-disciplined project teams ensuring maximum impact. I am a big believer in knowledge sharing and if I am ever in the situation in which I need an answer to a question I will actively hunt the answer out.
