As a Deputy Manager HR at RADHEY CONSTRUCTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, I manage the HR operations and strategy for a leading construction company in India. With over 10 years of experience in the HR field, I have a MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Vinayaka Missions University, and a BTECH IT from NALANDA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY. My core competencies include payroll administration, statutory compliances, labour laws, employee engagement, and communication. I have successfully handled multiple projects and challenges, such as streamlining the payroll process, implementing a new performance appraisal system, and conducting training and development programs for the employees. I also ensure a positive and productive work environment for our staff, and partner with the senior management and the clients to achieve the company's goals and vision. My aim is to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the growth and success of RADHEY and its stakeholders.
