With over 15 years of experience in the Animation and VFX industry, of which 13 years of vast experience in the matchmove department with excellent technical, managerial and leadership skills. My career history demonstrates my outstanding communication and leadership skills as well as my reputation for being organised and dependable. Further, my attention to detail and working with the strengths of the team has resulted in measurable benefit to companies I have worked with. Working for Digital Domain India as an Integration Supervisor has given me opportunities to explore new things in setting up the pipeline, recruiting people, training the team and managing day to day activities of the department. I have written many tools in MEL and Python, which helped the team to complete their work effectively. My Master's degree in Business Management has given me the leadership skills to serve as a mentor to the team.
