Chartered Accountant with long and varied experience in all the areas of Corporate Accounting, Budgeting, Compliance, Internal Controls and Audits (Statutory,Internal and Group Audits), Taxation and SAP FI-CO modules. Present role is to acting CFO. Held various positions Dy Manager (IA), Manager - Accts, Dy.GM-Fin and Accts, Head - Corp Accts. Reported to MD for couple of years (July 2011 to March 2013) in absence of CFO. Member of FICO team for SAP implementation in year and responsible for modules maintenance since then. Active involvement in Project, Sales, Inventory and Fixed Asset Accounting. Excellent process knowledge of Company having divisions of Projects, Manufacturing, Trading, Customer Services and Exports both inside and outside SAP. Developed various new processes and reports in SAP as and when required. Experienced in conceptualizing and implementing Financial Procedures and Leading the team in maintenance and finalization of Accounts and also for co-ordination with statutory auditors (M/s PWC and Deloitte). Handled processes relating development of policies and documenting SOPs. Active involvement in development of Accounting Policies for the Company. Co-ordinated with M/s.Deloitte, CFO and Operational Heads for review and development of Internal Financial Controls and Risk Control Matrix documents. Prepared documentation on financial closing procedures for the parent company. Experienced in interacting with Management and Operations regarding profitability, business strategies and planning. Participated in formulation and monitoring the budgets of the company and interacted with Parent Company, MD and Operational Heads either independently or along with CFO. Active involvement in all the budget related processes and procedures including guiding juniors in compilation of data and submission of the budget reports. Participated and presented in global and regional finance controllers’ conferences of parent Company.
