Profile I am a service focused and experienced development expert with a strong commitment to serving the needs of disadvantaged communities. I have a wide international practical experience in project coordination and organisational capacity development with a proven experience and competencies in planning and facilitating training for Staffs, partners and community. Experience working with governmental and non- governmental partners, most at risk groups and PLHIV. For the past 8 years period I served in a variety of positions in local and international organisations in Africa particularly in countries like Nigeria, Somalia, Somaliland and Uganda in areas including Community rehabilitation, disability, Health, HIV and AIDS, Gender, policy and advocacy. I have developed a strong advisory, managerial and organizational development skills, I can operate effectively in a multicultural environment at all levels. I have the ability to analyse complex issues and distill them into viable and alternative solutions Career Objective.
