With my experience in mechanical engineering, I have had the chance to explore different areas of my field and improve my problem-solving skills in various technical matters. Over the past three years, I have been working as a Maintenance Engineer at Gama Recycle Teknolojiler A.Ş. During this time, I have gained significant knowledge in managing the maintenance and repair processes of machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues quickly, and enhancing maintenance procedures.Thanks to my ability to adapt quickly, solve new and unfamiliar technical problems, and my enthusiasm for my job, I have rapidly progressed to a key position within the company.Currently,I lead the maintenance team, oversee daily maintenance plans, and manage the development and execution of maintenance strategies. In this role, I have been responsible for optimizingmaintenance processes to boost machine performance and improve workflow efficiency.I have developed my skills in disciplined work, quick decision-making, and effective communication. As an ambitious, motivated, and continuously improving engineer, I aim to further advance my career and achieve new successes in the field.
