I am an Area Operations Manager at Schindler Group, a leading provider of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. I have over 8 years of experience in operations management, quality improvement, and business development in the engineering and logistics domains. My core competencies include P&L management, customer relationship management, project management, process optimization, and team leadership. I am also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. I have successfully executed orders of portfolio $3.5 Mn in FY22, with business efficiency of 157%, and created additional sales revenue of $95 K for additional scope of work in execution phase of projects, at a margin of 78%, in FY21 & 22. My mission is to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction, by leading, mentoring, and coaching a 15-member team of engineers and technicians, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. I am also the SPOC for key account management and end customers, with a focus on repeat orders, referrals, and customer life cycle management. Previously, I was a Program Lead for Schindler Quality Champions Program, where I was the catalyst for change management and cultural transformation. I ensured 102% completion of the program, and achieved 28% reduction in Cost of Poor Quality, savings of $0.4Mn for year 2019. I was also a master trainer for JQC workshop, and Project Management training, and reviewed and aligned 23 key business processes to current business requirements, by engaging the stakeholders.
