My journey in eCommerce started by building my own businesses, where I learned everything the hard way — from sourcing products and managing operations to dealing with marketing challenges and cash flow.One of my key experiences was running Panda Store, an online pet supplies business in Saudi Arabia, where I was directly involved in scaling sales, managing suppliers, and improving performance across the entire operation.This hands-on foundation shaped how I approach eCommerce today — not just as a function, but as a business that requires structure, discipline, and constant iteration.I later moved into consulting and leadership, where I had the opportunity to build webook’s eCommerce function from scratch. What started as an idea evolved into a full marketplace integrated with events and experiences.Today, I manage webook’s eCommerce, including both Shop and Auctions, working across product sourcing, vendor management, merchandising, and cross-functional execution.I’m driven by building things — whether it’s a new business, a system, or a framework that helps teams move faster and make better decisions. My goal is always the same: turn ideas into scalable, revenue-generating operations.
