I focus on delivering paint formulations that strike the right balance between technical performance, regulatory compliance, and market demands. Currently, I work at PT. Pabrik Cat dan Tinta Pacific (Pacific Paint) as a Chemist in the R&D division. I lead formulation improvements, evaluate alternative raw materials, and support product scale-up from laboratory to production. I enjoy developing innovative products that meet market demands, exceed customer expectations, and remain competitive.
