About Mutiara Yulia

As an Interchange Senior Staff of Digital Operations Division at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk.(BNI), I apply my banking risk and dispute resolution skills to analyze, monitor, and resolve the disputes in BNI Credit Card on MasterCard, Visa, JCB, AMEX. I have obtained the Banking Risk Management certifications (Sertifikasi Manajemen Risiko Perbankan) Level 1 and Level 2 from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), demonstrating my competency and knowledge in this domain. I ensure the compliance and quality of the interchange operations, and minimize the losses and risks for the bank and the customers. I collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as the network providers, the merchants, and the cardholders, to facilitate smooth and timely dispute resolution. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to contribute to the digital transformation and innovation of the bank. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also worked as an Officer Development Program at BNI, where I gained valuable insights and exposure to different aspects of the banking industry. I have a Bachelor of Management degree from Telkom University, where I studied Economics and Business.
